Q.Do you apply any reductions?

Vehicles that do not meet the standard-pricing conditions are subject to reductions. Please contact us for details.
Q.Will I get a tax refund?
A.
Kei cars are not eligible for refunds, but standard vehicles receive a prorated automobile-tax refund to the owner.

Q.What if the owner has passed away?
A.
We can purchase the vehicle for scrap. However, we are unable to handle the deregistration procedure on your behalf; the customer is responsible for that process.
Q.What if the car doesn’t run?
A.
We will arrange pickup using our company's cargo vehicle. As pickup fees vary depending on location and condition, please feel free to contact us for details. Pickup within the prefecture and neighboring prefectures is generally free of charge.
Q.What if I lost the Vehicle Inspection Certificate?
A.
Please have it reissued first; we can proceed with purchase after reissue.
